3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel services under the following terms:

3.1.1 Before Project Commencement

If cancellation is requested before work begins:

  • 100% refund of advance payment
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • No cancellation fees

3.1.2 During Project Execution (0-25% Complete)

If cancellation is requested when less than 25% of work is completed:

  • 75% refund of advance payment
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Client receives all work completed to date

3.1.3 During Project Execution (25-50% Complete)

If cancellation is requested when 25-50% of work is completed:

  • 50% refund of advance payment
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • Client receives all work completed to date

3.1.4 During Project Execution (50%+ Complete)

If cancellation is requested when more than 50% of work is completed:

  • No refund of advance payment
  • Client receives all work completed to date
  • Client pays for work completed beyond advance payment

3.2 Go9-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel services in the following situations:

  • Client fails to provide required information or materials
  • Client fails to make payments as agreed
  • Client requests work that violates our ethical standards
  • Client breaches the terms of our agreement
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

In case of Go9-initiated cancellation, we will provide appropriate refunds based on work completed and circumstances.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Include any supporting documentation
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. We will respond with our decision and next steps

4.2 Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refund method: Same as original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 additional business days
  • You will receive confirmation once processed

4.3 Refund Amount Calculation

Refund amounts are calculated based on:

  • Work completed and delivered
  • Third-party costs incurred
  • Time and resources invested
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Terms of the original agreement

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will work with clients to find mutually acceptable solutions, which may include:

  • Project timeline extensions
  • Partial refunds based on circumstances
  • Alternative delivery methods
  • Service credits for future projects

5.2 Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work:

  • We will first attempt to address the issues through revisions
  • If issues cannot be resolved, we will consider partial or full refunds
  • Quality issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery
  • We may request additional time to rectify issues before processing refunds

6. Payment Method Refunds

6.1 Bank Transfer

Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please ensure you provide correct bank details.

6.2 UPI/Online Payments

Refunds to UPI or online payment methods will be processed within 3-7 business days.

6.3 Cheque Payments

Refunds for cheque payments will be processed via bank transfer or new cheque within 7-10 business days.

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  2. We will review the case with senior management
  3. If needed, we may involve a neutral third party for mediation

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Not use completed work if refund is granted
